Submissions
All information submitted to DynamiteOnline via this site shall be deemed and remain the property of DynamiteOnline and DynamiteOnline shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information a visitor to this site provides DynamiteOnline through this site. DynamiteOnline shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding submitted information except as specified by the duely executed agreement between DynamiteOnline and Dynamite Specialty Products.

Restrictions

Subscriber agrees to respect any and all restrictions on publication and use of documents and information found on DynamiteOnline, including, but not limited to, those documents designated as 'Company Use Only' or 'Distributor Information Only'.

2. DynamiteOnline expressly prohibits subscribers and all other persons from any re-publication of documents and information found in DynamiteOnline databases, except as follows: current subscribers may produce a hard-copy of any unrestricted document found in DynamiteOnline databases for the purpose of informing themselves or their customers or prospective customers.

3. Except as noted in paragraph (2) above, DynamiteOnline expressly prohibits subscribers and all other persons from any re-publication of documents and information found in DynamiteOnline databases, whether in electronic or hard-copy form, and subscriber agrees not to publish such information or documents in any form, including, but not limited to, Internet website, CDROM, electronic database, book, flyer, or other form without the prior written approval and consent of DynamiteOnline.

4. Subscriber accepts full responsibility for damages caused by violation of copyright and re-publication restrictions, whether due to his or her own unauthorized use of such material or damages arrising out of the use of such information by another person to whom the subscriber has provided his or her DynamiteOnline username and password.

5. Subscriber agrees to use the username and password assigned by DynamiteOnline exclusively for his or her own access to DynamiteOnline and will not share his or her username and password with any other person, including other Dynamite distributors, whether or not such Dynamite distributors are active or inactive, subscribers to DynamiteOnline or not, and whether or not such Dynamite distributors are in the subscriber's Dynamite upline or downline.

6. The DynamiteOnline Terms and Conditions may change from time to time and shall be available for online review by current subscribers. Subscriber agrees to be bound by the DynamiteOnline Terms and Conditions which are in effect at any time which subscriber accesses DynamiteOnline.
